ARM clinic is staffed by 10 Armenia native employees, which includes a physician, lab technician, x-ray technician, and a pharmacist. The fruit that the orchard produces each year is distributed to local orphanages, our children's camps as well as poor families in the area. It was responsible for the deaths of an estimated 75,000 people and left hundreds of thousands homeless and poor. Four years later, Steve and Rozik Kashian received a call to help the Armenian people. The rebuilding efforts were still ongoing and the medical needs were great. It was out of this that the Armenian Relief Mission (ARM) was founded. ARM has a long term commitment to improving the lives of those in Armenia. The primary work of ARM is through the clinic in Vanadzor which provides medical care to the surrounding area. This also operates as the center of the ministry as we distribute clothing and toys, run kids summer camps, and install playgrounds throughout the region. ARM has also developed a program called “Adopt-A-Family” which provides food, heat, and clothing to around 300 families during the harsh winter months. Throughout the years, ARM continues to grow and change as we meet people where they’re at and hear of their needs.
